What does writing every day for SIX YEARS look like?
And I don’t mean typing on a keyboard; I mean putting pen to paper.
With all the technology at our fingertips today, writing with a pen seems to be becoming something of the past.
Not for me, though!
Since January 10th 2017, I have been writing my thoughts, ideas, and reflections on simple lined paper.
Each day, every day. No compromises.
Six years of putting my pen to paper have involved:
🖊 Spending 15 minutes each day to write
🖊 Committing to this practise for well over 2000 days in a row
Small daily habits really do build up into something extraordinary.
Six years of this daily habit have enabled me to:
📖 Explore different perspectives on situations and events in my life
📖 Find multiple solutions to problems, both big and small
📖 Reflect on my past, analyse the present, and design my future
How could you get started with YOUR journey of writing?
🎯 Put your shiny gadgets to the side
🎯 Grab a pen and some paper
🎯 Let your mind wonder!
It might feel awkward. It might feel strange.
But over time, you will find your rhythm. I eventually found mine!
When was the last time you put pen to paper?
