My Daily Journaling Practise

Starting a new habit is simple. Maintaining one is where the challenge lies.

I’ve had my fair share of breaking habits over and over again.

It has only led to frustration, guilt, and a dent in my confidence.

However, if there was just one habit that I have never let slip, it would be the practise of writing - every single day.

In fact, it is easily the most consistent practise I have ever followed.

One habit. 15 minutes a day. Over the course of SIX YEARS.

And I’m still going.

Regardless of how exhausted or unmotivated I feel, writing in my journal has been a non-negotiable practise.

To unload my thoughts on paper has given my mind more space to be creative, reflective, and that much more curious about the world we all live in.

Is journaling or the simple art of writing regularly something you’ve been considering?
