"A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies." – George R. R. Martin.
I wasn’t always a reader; the most I read was during my studies.
But that was reading under pressure, rather than for pleasure.
It was only six years ago that I decided to dip into a book to understand myself and the world that we live in.
There is something so intriguing about dipping into knowledge that I wouldn’t find elsewhere. While shutting out the world too.
Book after book, my desk slowly turned into a bookshelf.
And today, my bookshelf has transformed into a library.
As a Dark Horse, the hours invested in reading have paid dividends in the person that I have become today.
Here is an overview of the books that have had the biggest impact on me.
This includes a mixed bag of:
📗 Personal development
📘 Philosophy
